Hitachi Vantara, a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., appointed Simbad Ceballos as Enterprise Director for Mexico, Latin America North and the Caribbean. He will be responsible for managing the Enterprise segment in the region, driving the company’s entire portfolio of key customers, including products, consulting services and solutions.
This appointment follows a renewed strategy and business structure at Hitachi Vantara, aimed at strengthening the focus on large companies in target markets such as Banking and Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, among others.
The Hitachi Vantara Enterprise Sales Director for Mexico, Latin America North and the Caribbean has led multinational companies in the banking, technology, telecommunications and consulting industries, helping to transform teams, companies and communities in Latin America.
Ceballos has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, serving in regional leadership roles in companies such as RM-Mastercard Colombia, HP Ecuador, Dell Region Andean, Cisco Colombia/Latam, Mercer NoLA and SAP Colombia/Latam.

Simbad Ceballos is a Systems and Computer Engineer from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), MBA from INALDE (Bogota) and a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Oxford University.
