Freshworks Strengthens its Team of Partners and Alliances in the Americas

The company appointed a new senior director of channels to drive regional growth

Freshworks Inc., a company specializing in commercial software, announced that Willian Pimentel has assumed the position of Senior Regional Director of Channels and Alliances for North América and LATAM

The firm relies on the experience of Pimentel, who has an extensive professional career, having led partner sales for Canada and Latin America at Citrix for almost a decade and has worked with the partner ecosystem for more than 20 years, having held several leadership positions throughout his career.

In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth in the region by creating, expanding and enabling strategic opportunities with solution partners, including value-added resellers (VARs); Systems Integrators (SI) and Managed Service Providers (MSP) and will continue with the firm’s expansion strategies for Canada and Latin America
