The manufacturer of imaging and printing solutions, Lexmark, held its Partner Summit 2022 for Latin America, which brought together its strategic resellers and integrators in the region to learn about their needs, discuss industry trends and highlight the importance of teamwork to provide customers with the best service, according to the requirements of their business.
Carlota Blom, director of sales for Latin America at Lexmark, welcomed the attendees, highlighting the value of resuming face-to-face meetings as a great opportunity to meet again and recognize each other beyond a screen. “The pandemic brought us challenges and technology was a great ally to continue with business processes, it made us more empathetic and open to change. Today we have the opportunity to meet again and talk about the challenges and how we were able to overcome them,» said Blom.
The meeting was held in Miami and was attended by participants from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Panama and the Dominican Republic, who throughout three days of activities interacted with senior executives of the brand and their peers from other countries, to share experiences and learn about the latest news from Lexmark’s broad portfolio of solutions and products.
Topics on the agenda included channel and corporate strategy, product updates, regional breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and discussions on channel enablement and customer support.
Channel partners spoke directly with key members of the Lexmark leadership team and had the opportunity to learn about the various business resources available to them, as well as identify the needs of each market.
Sustainability was a relevant theme of the event, for Lexmark the circular economy has been a key factor and for 30 years it has made a strong commitment to be carbon neutral by 2035.
