During the trip that TD SYNNEX organized to reward more than 50 partners with the opportunity of traveling to Miami and watch the final of the Copa América 2024, regional executives of the wholesaler shared their vision about the opportunities presented by the local market and the strategy they are pursuing to continue generating new projects with their partners.

“This initiative is a way to thank our partners for the business and the way they work with us, and also an incentive to continue these relationships in the future”, said Otavio Lazarini, TD SYNNEX President for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Nowadays, many organizations are starting their path towards digital transformation, so the wholesaler invites its partners to work together in order to bring digitalization to these customers. “We focus on several pillars, including network infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity, collaboration, and cloud, to facilitate digital transformation”, explained Lazarini.

Supporting the Channel

This TD SYNNEX initiative involved different channels that won the incentive campaign in the CCA region, which highlighted the support that the wholesaler gives them during the sales process.

This is the case of IT Outsource, a partner from Cayman Islands who has worked for many years with TD SYNNEX. “They are a very valuable ally for us, with whom we have worked for many years, adding value to our business. You can’t do good business if you don’t have good partners. We have a very good working relationship with the wholesaler. We try to develop not only in the Cayman Islands, but also throughout the Caribbean region, and the wholesaler has been a fundamental part of our success”, said Darren Michael Hendricks, Technical Business Specialist at IT Outsource.
