Dell Technologies Supports Channels With Incentives for PowerStore and PowerScale

Dell Technologies launched the 2021 Channel Program, during the event it was reaffirmed that one of the focuses of this year would be to continue supporting customers with storage solutions for their Data Center that allow them to face two major challenges: 

  • The large amount of data that is created daily and must be processed from anywhere: from the EDGE to the Core and to the Cloud.
  • The unprecedented pressure on their IT infrastructures, which must become increasingly simpler and more agile.

With PowerStore, according to the firm, customers can streamline application development and reduce deployment time from days to seconds with VMware integration and support for orchestration frameworks such as Ansible, VMware vRealize Orchestrator, and Kubernetes. PowerStore also contains Dell’s container-based software architecture, PowerStoreOS, as well as Dell EMC CloudIQ, which provides proactive monitoring and predictive analytics within PowerStore.

To continue supporting Dell Technologies Channel Program partners in bringing these solutions to market, the front-end discount is being extended at the PowerStore sale, which began in November of last year. In the same way, this benefit is being extended to the products of the PowerScale family, and Isilon.

Under this initiative, Channels selling eligible PowerStore or PowerScale products with approved deal registration will get a bigger front-end discount and an average 20 points, from the first quote, in addition to standard eligible storage and acquisition back-end rebates and incentives.

In terms of PowerStore, midrange is the heart of the market. It’s 50 percent of the total market.
